Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager/Representative to join our team in the Wallonia region. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and selling Stryker's Joint Replacement product portfolio, covering the Wallonia territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing ones.
* Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to understand their needs and implement strategies in the sales process.
* Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of Stryker's products during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating theater when needed.
* Interact with decision-making units and be a reliable partner for our customers throughout the sales process.
* Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A strong commercial background and growth mentality.
* A MedTech background, preferably in medical devices.
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in French, fluent English, and basic Dutch.
* A valid driver's license as regular customer visits are required.
