Key responsibilitiesDefine and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverablesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specificationsDrive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery of product incrementsPrioritize backlog items based on business value, feasibility, and impactMonitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestonesConduct business analysis to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goalsIdentify potential blockers and propose solutions to mitigate risksOversee testing, user acceptance, and implementation of new features or productsProvide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption by end-usersFoster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and business analystsReport regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomesKey requirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field3-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project management toolsExcellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsExperience in stakeholder management and change managementStrong verbal and written communication skills in English + French or DutchExperience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
