What will you be doing in this role? Analyze and integrate different information systems or building blocks. Execute data analysis and data modelling. Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture. Design/development/maintenance of applications that reflect the specifications. Participate in the deployment and configuration of the system (s). Production of software architecture documents. Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the Project Team. Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting. Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture. Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud if applicable. Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components. Requirements What will you be bringing to the team? Bachelor's degree and 13 years of experience OR Master and 9 years of experience (experience cannot overlap with studies). Hold one or more of the following certifications is an advantage : Oracle Certified Professional Java Application Developer Angular Certification Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Professional Cloud Architect Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) Minimum 3 years of recent experience in applications design and JAVA development. At least 2 years of recent experience in architecture best practices and patterns. No less than 2 years of recent experience in Angular/JS development. Minimum 5 years of recent experience in relational DBMS (especially Oracle DB, SQL ). At least 2 years of recent experience in interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture). At least 2 years of recent experience in Agile and Agile toolbox (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Balsamiq, etc). Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Hibernate, GIT, MAVEN, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST Excellent communicator and capability to speak to business and technical audiences in public institutions. Good redaction skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. Experience with the following is considered an advantage: Understanding of European Commission's building blocks like EU Login, eUI, CNS and e-Delivery. Knowledge of serverless development and NoSQL databases. Experience and specific expertise in A/B, Blue/Green and Canary deployments. Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level. Proficiency in French language at a minimum B1 level is considered an asset.
