This role combines operational support of a 24/7 application environment with active participation in developing and maintaining an algorithmic trading platform, including incident resolution, infrastructure administration, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 10 years of Python V3 experience
* 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
* 8 to 10 years of DevOps experience (Git, Azure DevOps)
* 5 to 8 years of NoSQL database experience
* 5 to 8 years of scripting experience with Python and PowerShell
What will you do?
* Serve as the primary point of contact for application incidents, providing solutions or workarounds and escalating when necessary.
* Manage operational support tasks such as firewall and certificate administration and other infrastructure requests.
* Propose and introduce innovative ideas and concepts to improve team processes and solutions.
* Collaborate with the trading optimization team to develop and maintain the algorithmic execution platform and its supporting infrastructure.
* Analyze data flows to automate and optimize desk workflows and improve overall performance.
* Contribute to development in a DevOps environment using best-practice tools and coding standards, and participate in design and implementation discussions.
