District Sales Manager for Luxembourg and the surrounding regions
, you will lead three sales teams and play a pivotal role in strengthening our visibility, commercial performance, and market growth. This is a dynamic position with plenty of freedom, responsibility, and impact.

About The Role
We are seeking a
highly driven District Sales Manager (DSM)
to lead three commercial sales teams operating across Luxembourg and nearby regions. This is primarily a field‑based leadership role (approx. 4 days per week in the field), responsible for delivering strong commercial execution, coaching teams, and identifying new market potential.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development

* Lead and coach three sales teams, ensuring strong daily execution.
* Conduct field accompaniment and supervision 4 days per week.
* Develop capabilities, drive continuous learning, and manage performance effectively.

Commercial Execution

* Increase sales conversion, visibility at points of sale, and product knowledge.
* Deliver KPIs on market share, category performance, and territory execution.
* Identify new commercial opportunities within a highly dynamic, fast‑evolving market (90–100% new potential).

Market Management

* Manage approximately 250 points of sale within the territory.
* Implement assortment, sizing, and sorting adjustments based on market needs.
* Maintain strong understanding of the product portfolio and commercial strategy.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

* Handle administrative follow-up, reporting, and use of internal tools (including ICOS).
* Coordinate office meetings; remote work possible 1 day per week.

Who You Are

* Fluent in French and English.
* Proven commercial sales experience, including mandatory field sales experience.
* Strong understanding of product and commercial dynamics, ideally in a fast-paced market.
* Demonstrated team management experience (large‑team leadership is a strong advantage).
* Proactive, open to change, eager to learn quickly.
* Structured, resilient, and able to navigate complex commercial environments.
