Your mission: As our Product Owner, you will be the central point of contact for all requests related to our web and mobile applications, as well as their adjacent services. Your main goal? Ensure that our digital solutions truly meet client needs, while keeping communication transparent and priorities clear between business and IT. Your responsibilities: From day one, you will take charge of the following: Manage incoming requests (new features, changes, incidents, bugs) and help stakeholders prioritize them. Challenge requests to guarantee their relevance, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements for IT teams. Maintain documentation (specifications, evolutions, decisions) and provide recurring reports to stakeholders. Build and manage the backlog, set priorities, and ensure smooth implementation by the development teams. Guarantee the stability and quality of delivered solutions, in line with expectations. Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, online services, UX/UI, marketing) and external partners. Act as the bridge between business and technical worlds, ensuring constant and transparent communication. Your team: You’ll be part of the IT – Online Services department, reporting directly to Olivier, our CTO. You work closely with our online services team as well as our developers, UX UI designers and many other departments as well! You’ll be the sole Product Owner in the team… a key, visible role with high impact. Your profile: You have a few years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Proxy-PO. You’re fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus). You have passive IT knowledge : enough to speak the language of developers, but no need to code yourself. You’re familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology. You combine strong communication skills (oral & written) with excellent organization and planning abilities. You’re assertive, resilient, and able to keep priorities straight in a changing environment. You have strong interpersonal skills : listening, collaboration, and persuasion come naturally to you. You thrive in a role where you can make things happen, influence without direct authority, and ensure client-oriented solutions.
