Buscamos un HRBP (Business Partner de Recursos Humanos) que asuma toda la gama de actividades de RR.HH. para colaborar activamente con nuestros empleados en España.
El puesto incluye relaciones laborales, analítica de RR.HH. (HR Analytics), gestión del talento, contratación, gestión del ciclo de vida del empleado y proyectos. Al cubrir toda la gama de procesos de RR.HH., la persona seleccionada desarrollará un conocimiento profundo de las operaciones comerciales para asumir una responsabilidad significativa en la prestación de servicios
Responsabilidades clave
Talento y Cultura:
* Construir relaciones de confianza con los clientes clave del negocio y asesorarlos en la gestión del talento y la diferenciación del rendimiento.
* Desarrollar y coordinar los procesos de selección según las necesidades y prioridades del negocio local; gestionar y participar en los procesos de selección para diferentes puestos.
Relaciones Laborales:
* Acompañar al negocio en la resolución de asuntos legales y laborales.
* Resolución de dudas laborales.
* Construir relaciones sólidas con empleados y representantes de los trabajadores.
Planificación de Plantilla y Presupuesto:
* Hacer el seguimiento del presupuesto de personal, supervisando la evolución de los costes durante el año.
* Socializar la implementación de beneficios e incentivos con los líderes del negocio y los empleados, garantizando una comunicación coherente en el país sobre los planes de compensación y beneficios.
* Alinear las recomendaciones sobre ofertas salariales, aumentos por promoción, bonos, etc.
Tus habilidades y experiencia
* 1 año de experiencia en RR.HH (se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de los sectores de retail o labastof/hostelería).
* Conocimiento de las leyes y normativas laborales.
* Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para influir positivamente en los demás.
* Capacidad para operar en un entorno de ritmo rápido con múltiples partes interesadas.
* Orientación a resultados con alta productividad; fuerte deseo de éxito; inclinación por la acción y sentido de la urgencia.
* Inglés alto a nivel conversación
* Disponibilidad para viajar cuando sea necesario.
* Competencia digital. Se valorará el conocimiento de Workday u otros sistemas de información de RR.HH. (HRIS).
