Lead E&I Engineer

* You independently lead the electrical and instrumentation (E&I) discipline from concept through to commissioning and handover.
* You make technical decisions regarding materials and applications, considering environmental impacts.
* You collaborate closely with internal project teams and external partners to ensure project success.
* You interpret and assess electrical diagrams and cable calculations, providing solutions as necessary.
* You ensure compliance with ATEX regulations throughout all project phases.
* You support process installation projects, such as battery-related initiatives.
* You prepare technical specifications, define project budgets, and track milestones effectively.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a strong educational background with a
Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
.
* You have a minimum of
3 years of experience
in a leading E&I role within process industry projects.
* You have at least
7 years of experience
as an E&I Engineer in the process industry.
* You possess excellent knowledge of
industrial instrumentation
(pressure, flow, level measurements, etc.).
* You are solution-oriented and able to communicate smoothly with different levels.
* You have a willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and Asia for project follow-up.
* You are fluent in
Dutch
and
English
and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
