Job description - agenda management - booking and supporting paperwork preparation for meetings and missions - mails / Parcels : follow up with employees - meeting rooms booking set up when needed - management of visitor access - administration tasks linked to new employee arrivals (IT requests, offices, etc.) - administration tasks linked to HR decisions for employees (signature and distribution follow-up) - organise catering (meetings, events, etc.) - omission booking, reservations, tool usage, expense submission. Profil • Bachelor or equivalent in Secretariat or Management Assistant • General Secretarial proficiency and experience • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency • English proficiency: minimum B2 • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive communication with discretion and trustworthiness • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and executive management • French is a must Offre Mission d'intérim pour 1 an Salaire brut : 3 826,22€ /mois 37,5 heures/semaine Pas de chèques-repas Les frais de transport sont remboursés.
