We're looking for a new
Key Account Manager
to drive our commercial activities in shopping malls and other retail properties in the regions of Switzerland and Eastern of France. In this role, you won't just be selling, you'll be leading decoration projects for your client. You will collaborate closely with our creative studio and project managers to ensure the best decoration experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Actively prospect and seek new customers and new opportunities amongst shopping malls, XXL retail properties and leisure parcs, within the territories assigned to you.
* Understand the needs of the customer and communicate them internally to jointly elaborate the perfect project for the client.
* Answer to customers' request for proposal with qualitative proposals and convince the client with an impressive and impactful pitch of the proposals.
* Maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
* Ensure the follow-up from A to Z with the client throughout the project, from the reception of the call for tenders until the installation of the decorations.
* Maximise the customers satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and precise communication.
* Ensure a smooth collaboration between the different internal teams, including our creative Studio, our project managers and our Purchasing desk, while being the single point of contact for the customer within Globall.
* Continuously improve ways of working, processes, and decision-making frameworks to strengthen partner performance.
* Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities.
* Be prepared for a long sales cycle typical of the festive decoration market, requiring anticipation and strategic planning months in advance.
* During the peak season (November–December), expect an intense workload with increased client interactions, on-site visits, and flexibility in working hours to ensure successful installations.
* Frequent travel within your region is required, especially during the high season, to meet clients and oversee projects.

Your profile

* Experience

: 3 – 5 years in sales or key account management of projects. Experience working in retail property / mall operations / large format retail environment is a plus.
- Language

: Proficiency level in the
French, English. German

is a plus.
- Communication & interpersonal skills

: Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication and active listening skills to understanding client needs, budget constraints, timeline pressures.
- Project management & organisational skills

: Managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, tracking milestones, coordinating internal teams and managing budget and risks.
- Strategic thinking:

understand the mall business and interests and develop a proposal that aligns with client needs and interests.
- Client focus

: Ability to build trust with the client and strong relationship with the different client's stakeholders, including, marketing, facilities, leasing, tenant's teams.
- Adaptability & problem-solving
: Be agile to face surprises and able to escalate issues, find workarounds, keep client confident.
- Entrepreneurial mindset

: Motivated, autonomous, and proactive in anticipating potential issues.
- Flexibility and resilience

to handle the seasonal peaks.

* A full-time permanent contract (39h/week)
