We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Marine Client Servicing Operations team in Antwerp. As a Client Servicing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented group composed of 6 professionals and the support of a nearshore center of excellence, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, and prioritizing tasks while maintaining service standards and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Maintaining high levels of servicing efficiency and performance against KPIs and SLAs by monitoring, measuring, and analyzing data. Regular one-on-one and team meetings ensure adherence to schedules and performance expectations.
* Implementing initiatives to refine processes and drive accountability for outcomes that align with our business objectives.
* Developing the skills of your team and accompanying them in their career paths.
* Leading and participating in stakeholder engagement sessions, collaborating with brokers to identify initiatives that improve client experiences and address the needs and expectations of both external and internal clients.
* Supporting the resolution of issues efficiently to support team members and enhance collaboration.
* Ensuring the highest standards of communication and work quality from both client-facing and internal teams.
Requirements:
