Circle K Belgium is looking for an Inside Sales Manager Proxifleet.

Help build the mobility of tomorrow
The mobility solutions market is rapidly evolving and highly competitive. New players, alternative energy sources (such as EV charging, CNG and hydrogen) and changing regulations create a dynamic and challenging environment. In this context, as Inside Sales Manager Proxifleet, you will help shape the future of professional mobility, with customer focus, innovation and process optimization at the core. You will operate in a mature market where price sensitivity, digitalization and risk management are key factors. The growth of our activities requires a flexible, forward-thinking approach, with a strong focus on attracting volume and optimizing margins.

Your challenge
As Proxifleet Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of our ProxiFleet activities. You lead a team of about 15 colleagues in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. Together, you ensure excellent service to our 40,000 small B2B customers and 82,000 cardholders.

What you will do

* Lead, motivate and develop your team (sales & back office) and foster a positive team dynamic.
* Set clear objectives and closely monitor results (sales volumes, customer retention, conversion rates, churn).
* Optimize processes and drive innovation, including through digitalization and automation (e-contracting, e-mandates, e-scoring).
* Manage transition projects to new tools, processes and structures within Circle K.
* Work closely with marketing, business development and other departments to seize commercial opportunities and create synergies.
* Ensure the quality of our customer service and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage workforce planning, recruitment and HR aspects.
* Contribute to financial risk management and prevent disputes.
* Provide reporting and share insights with your team.
* Build expertise in customer service/call center activities and facilitate collaboration with other business lines.

Your profile

* Master's degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven leadership skills and experience in people management.
* Innovative, creative and analytical mindset.
* Affinity with sales, customer focus and process optimization.
* Assertive, strong communicator and able to motivate others.
* Trilingual (NL/FR/EN).
