Quality Assurance Manager
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000
Your responsibilities
* Monitor and ensure the proper application of quality standards, procedures, and internal work instructions
* Maintain, validate, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System
* Supervise and verify the quality of incoming materials and components
* Provide production teams with appropriate measuring and inspection equipment to ensure product conformity and manage the calibration and availability of measurement tools
* Manage and maintain quality documentation for new, modified, or non-conforming products
* Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Support production teams by carrying out product inspections and process checks
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Your profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Quality–Safety–Environment (QSE), or equivalent experience
* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally within mechanical or technical production
* Knowledge of quality assurance tools, audit techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset
* Languages: good command of Dutch or French and English
