Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our client's Corporate Services (CS) unit. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a range of HR functions within an organization committed to operational excellence, transparency, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: * Payroll & Systems: Assist in the transition to a new payroll provider while integrating a time management system in collaboration with the HR team. * Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR Senior Officer, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions. * Training & Development: Play a critical role in implementing and monitoring the corporate training programs, offering guidance to management and employees on training initiatives. * Compensation & Benefits: Support the payroll and time-management processes, contributing to compensation and benefits frameworks alongside the HR Support Officer. * General HR Support: Provide input or backup to various HR-related activities on request, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. Requirements: Education: University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Sciences, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Knowledge: Proficient understanding of Belgian labor/social legislation. Technical Skills: Competence with HR platforms, IT applications, and MS Office tools. Languages: Strong fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Skills & Competencies: Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities. Solution-oriented and well-organized approach to tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills paired with professionalism and confidentiality.
