Are you a true sales hunter with a strong network in larger SMEs and corporate environments? Do you thrive in conversations with C-levels and get energy from spotting opportunities before anyone else does?

As Business Developer, you take full ownership of the early-stage commercial journey. This is not a passive sales role; it’s proactive, consultative, strategic, and entrepreneurial.


1. Build & Activate a High-Quality Lead Pipeline

* Identify target companies and key decision-makers
* Leverage your network to open doors fast
* Run structured outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
* Qualify leads based on fit, maturity, strategic need, and urgency

2. Bring the Value Proposition to Life

* Translate a complex service offering into crisp, compelling messaging
* Tailor the narrative depending on sector, company size, and buying readiness
* Spark curiosity and create momentum through consultative conversations

3. Manage the Full Commercial Cycle

* Lead intro calls and discovery sessions
* Guide prospects through a ±3-month sales cycle
* Address objections, highlight ROI, and position the offer as a strategic enabler
* Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain deal velocity

🎯 About the Ideal Candidate

* Experience in consulting, financial products, or complex B2B services
* A strong existing network in larger SMEs and corporates
* Comfortable approaching C-level profiles and driving strategic conversations
* Demonstrated success in new business generation
* Performance-driven and motivated by a commission-based structure
* Ideally trilingual: NL / FR / EN
* Curious, creative, assertive, and energized by commercial challenges
* Thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up style environment where initiative is valued
