Job Description
* Managing the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer stage
* Responsable for internal and external hires
* Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process
* Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
* Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
* Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
* Maintaining accurate data in our ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager)
* Collaborating with our European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
* Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus
* Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch are a plus)
* Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment
* Familiarity with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus)
