Multisite Facility Management & Operations
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of buildings and technical installations across five sites in Belgium
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with internal procedures and standards
* Perform regular infrastructure inspections and ensure timely follow-up of corrective actions
* Optimize workspace availability and usage in line with business and operational needs
* Provide operational supervision of on-site support staff (e.g. handyman, task planning)
Contractor & Service Provider Management
* Coordinate and manage external service providers (technical maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, landscaping, etc.)
* Monitor contractual commitments, SLAs, and service quality
* Follow up on service requests, quotations, and required approvals
Employee Support & Service Quality
* Act as the main Facility point of contact for employees across all sites
* Manage internal requests via ticketing systems, email, or internal platforms
* Ensure a high level of service delivery and user satisfaction at all times
Compliance, Safety & Regulations
* Support compliance with Belgian legal and regulatory requirements (fire safety, inspections, electrical conformity, etc.)
* Contribute to safety, evacuation, and access control procedures
* Collaborate closely with HSE teams and external partners on regulatory topics
Administration, Reporting & Budget Follow-up
* Maintain accurate technical documentation, registers, and compliance records
* Contribute to operational reporting for senior Facility management
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify optimization opportunities
* Place orders for small equipment and validate invoices
Projects & Continuous Improvement
* Participate in space planning, renovation, relocation, and optimization projects
* Coordinate logistical operations such as internal moves and site interventions
* Proactively suggest improvements related to efficiency, sustainability, and ways of working
Education & Skills
* Master's degree in Facility Management or equivalent experience
* Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical systems, infrastructure)
* Good understanding of Belgian facility-related regulations
* Comfortable with facility management tools and standard office software
* Fluent in French and Dutch; good working knowledge of English
Experience
* Proven experience in Facility Management or a similar multisite operational role
* Hands-on experience with building maintenance and infrastructure management
* Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers
* Strong service mindset with experience working alongside internal stakeholders
