Missions and Responsibilities
* Advise clients on corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions
* Draft and review corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
* Work closely with senior colleagues and partners on high-profile M&A deals
* Conduct legal research, providing detailed analyses and strategic insights to clients
The Ideal Profile
* 2 to 7 years of experience in Corporate law and M&A (Belgium)
* Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university
* French or Dutch speaker, with an excellent command of English
