We are seeking a Product Developer to drive the development of our B2B solutions. A versatile colleague who understands and (can configure-not mandatory) digital tools (backend, frontend, development, and product setup). He is skilled in research, needs analysis, and connecting product functions to business strategy. Beyond the technical side, he can define product direction, work with suppliers, train others, and act as an ambassador. With good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, he is adaptable, proactive, and eager to share knowledge.
Responsibilities:
I. Product Development:
* conduct market research with a focus on understanding existing customer needs, as well as staying updated on market trends and analyzing competitors
* define product vision and roadmap, outlining the direction for product development
* determine high-level functionalities and user experience requirements for new products
II. Product Management:
* prepare standardized sales materials such as product presentations, product sheets, and contractual terms and conditions
* develop pricing templates and adjust pricing for non-standard project requirements
* report on sales performance for their assigned product line and monitor product behavior to identify areas for improvement
* prepare content for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) relevant to customer requirements
III. Product Rollout:
* translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for various departments
* serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between finance, legal, operations, network, IT, and sales to ensure successful rollout of new services
* validate results and approve the rollout of solutions
IV. Sales Support:
* participate in customer meetings to assist with product presentations
* act as a product expert and advocate for customers, providing support to sales teams and collaborating with marketing manager collecting customer requirements and developing product proposals
V. Supplier Management:
* source new partners through benchmarking
* identify and evaluate external partners as needed, including benchmarking their capabilities, negotiating pricing, and assessing their ability to deliver
* establish costs for activities, suppliers, and services
* manage relationships with suppliers and serve as the main contact for any requirements
Required Skills:
* Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management but not mandatory
* 2 to 5 years of experience in product management / product development, preferably in a B2B or technology company
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritize initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* English (mandatory) – Official language of ARC Europe.
* Additional European languages are desirable
