As a CRM (data) analyst in the XUD team (part of the Telenet Commercial Tribe), you join a dynamic group focused on increasing the value of our existing customer base: cross sell, upsell, deepsell, and more. You work closely with Go-To-Market Managers, Communication Experts, and Digital Experts to define and implement the right strategy for each customer segment. From a CRM perspective, you challenge assumptions, ensure solid data-driven decisions, and make sure the customer view is never lost.
Your responsibilities as a CRM Analyst
1. You help shape CRM strategies that match our business goals and what our customers really need.
2. You execute CRM campaigns yourself, taking the lead in targeting, testing, and performance analysis.
3. You ensure ongoing prioritization of CRM initiatives, balancing short-term value with long-term impact.
4. You apply a strong test-and-learn mindset, identifying improvement opportunities after every campaign.
5. You translate data into powerful insights and actionable recommendations for Go-To-Market and marketing teams. You're a true sparring partner for them!
6. You serve as a CRM mentor, bringing others along in your CRM thinking. You coach when you can and share your expertise through day-to-day collaboration.

7. You have strong experience in CRM, customer data, and campaign optimization, ideally in a marketing or commercial environment.
8. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you enjoy both shaping the roadmap and digging into the data.
9. You have experience mentoring others and enjoy helping colleagues grow.
10. As we work with Alteryx you have solid experience with this tool or data tools like SPSS Modeler, SAS —and can write SQL queries.
11. Concepts like A/B testing, control groups, and ROI calculation are second nature to you.
12. You’re fluent in Dutch and/or have a good command of English.
13. You act with integrity, always respecting customer privacy and data ethics.
