Supply Chain Manager – Amazon Devices
This role sits within the BR Devices team and is the subject matter expert for supply planning, inventory allocation, order management and vendor support for a portfolio of devices and accessories. It focuses on delivering process improvements, automation and customer experience improvements within the team's project roadmap.
* Develop and execute best practices for inventory, supply chain and operations to maximize customer experience, sales, in‑stock rates and inventory turns.
* Ensure inventory systems and processes meet business needs and implement controls around these processes.
* Own improvement in inventory availability, purchasing efficiency and cost reduction across the Devices business.
* Manage end‑to‑end planning processes and workflows across the devices network.
* Manage end‑to‑end importation and distribution processes through Amazon's supply chain.
* Create and implement inventory allocation strategies to optimize inventory placement, sales, turns and customer experience.
* Partner regularly with stakeholders including WW planning, sales, finance, marketing and other teams.
* Own and communicate demand insights and supply allocation plans to key internal stakeholders.
* Facilitate data‑driven decision‑making with sales and marketing leaders.
* Invent and simplify processes to continually improve operations for internal and external customers.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of supply chain experience.
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
* 3+ years of program or project management experience.
* 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
