Role and Responsibilities How You Make a Difference As Product Manager Mobile Enhancements, you are responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the strategy for the full range of smartwatches, Buds and mobile accessories. It is a fast-growing category with significant opportunities in a competitive landscape. You work closely within a team of product managers, but you are also able to operate independently and take ownership quickly. You are strong with numbers, bring solid commercial understanding, and know how to translate data and market trends into actionable strategies. Creativity plays an important role in this position. You spot opportunities, identify new propositions, and develop creative ideas to strengthen the category. You will frequently present your plans internally and externally, so strong presentation skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a product strategy for your category Define pricing, promotion plans, product positioning, and budget allocation Build strong propositions related to seasonal promotion waves Optimize in-store visibility and shop roll-out execution Ensure optimal product availability and healthy stock levels across the category Analyze market data and translate insights into impactful business actions Present launch plans, marketing strategies, and category roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders Identify creative growth opportunities, especially within wearables Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing Support the resolution of logistical or service-related matters when necessary Skills and Qualifications What Are Your Assets You are analytically strong, commercially minded, and able to work independently from day one. You work well with data, translate numbers into clear business recommendations, and maintain a structured approach even in a fast-paced environment. You bring creativity, strong presentation skills, and a clear vision for how to grow a category in a competitive market. We also request: A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in product management, category management, or marketing within retail, telecom, or consumer electronics Strong numerical and analytical skills Affinity with wearables, earbuds, and mobile accessories (managing a similar category is a strong plus) Commercial insight and experience with pricing, marketing, and promotional strategy Strong presentation and communication skills Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written, as well as good understanding of French. Experience with Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems is considered a plus What’s in it for you?
