Salary: €4,000/€5,000 per month (gross depending on experience) / + benefits

Overview:

We are looking for a Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience who is not only technically strong but also enjoys mentoring and guiding junior team members. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure and Databricks
• Implement and manage data architectures following the Bronze, Silver, Gold medallion framework
• Support and coach junior data engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams while minimizing client-side work
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data platforms and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong experience with Azure and Databricks
• Solid understanding of medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong interpersonal xphnsxz skills and mentoring mindset
