The role supports all business lines with a service-oriented approach. /p pYou will be based in Braine l´Alleud, Belgium and you will report to the Legal Director Benelux. /p ul liDraft, review negotiate contracts (procurement, engineering, construction); /li liSupport business on claims litigation, in close contact with external lawyer or insurer where applicable; /li liCollaborate across cement, concrete aggregates business lines including key projects; /li liPrepare templates and use digital tools to streamline legal processes; /li liWork in interdisciplinary, international teams. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou are a qualified Belgian lawyer (master´s degree in Law) with a focus on contract and corporate commercial law.
