DIGIT.A.2 in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate solutions/information systems for EC and non EC entities, enabling the successful implementation of the Commission's Digital Transformation and EU policies.
Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role:
* Business Process Modeling: Design BPMN diagrams to visually represent business processes.
* Requirements Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to analyze business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to support business decision-making and improve processes.
* Risk & Process Analysis: Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Dashboards & Reporting: Create dashboards and statistical reports to track and manage business performance.
* Test Case Production: Develop test cases and assist in the execution of quality assurance activities.
* Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for business users and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
* Documentation: Assist in the preparation of vision documents and assist in change management activities.
* Continuous Improvement: Assist in defining new process improvement opportunities and streamlining existing workflows.

Who we think you are:
* Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business process modeling, and data analytics. Experience in EU projects is a plus.
* Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with tools like BPMN, ARIS Business Architect, Alteryx, Qlik Sense, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and JIRA.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
* Project Management: Understanding of PM² Agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Languages: Proficient in English (C2) with a good understanding of French (B2) and Dutch (B1).
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business, with a Master's degree in Science of Management being highly desirable.
