Mission We are looking for 2 motivated interns to join the Marketing Creation and Campaign team of Carrefour Belgium at the end of June 2026. Within the Marketing Creation & Campaign team, you will actively participate in the implementation of 360° communication campaigns and the management of the brand's digital channels. Collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies, you will support the content strategy and contribute to enhancing Carrefour Belgium's brand image. Your Responsibilities Under the guidance of the marketing team, you will be involved in a wide range of missions: 360° Marketing Campaign Management: Supporting the coordination of communication actions (owned media and paid offline/online media), writing creative briefs, and following production stages through to launch for brand, business, thematic, or "top topical" campaigns. Digital Content Management: Collaborating with agencies – creating briefs and contributing to the creation and update of assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) in coordination with production, integration, and copywriting teams. Ensuring consistency by delivering a unique and unified message across all developed assets. E-commerce Platform Support: Assisting with "Always-On" and boost campaigns (Drive, Delivery, Fast Delivery), adapting messages according to customer segments, and ensuring the coherence of the setups. Local Marketing Support: Distributing materials and communications to stores and managing publications on the internal "Workplace" platform. Social Media Management: Editorial monitoring, coordination with the social media agency, proofreading, and validation of posts for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Handling weekly briefs, creating social media content, and tracking reports. Direct Mailing & Foodmag Support: Participating in the design of advertising materials (envelopes, customer letters, Foodmag). Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking: Analyzing industry trends and proposing creative ideas and innovative formats to test. Administrative Support: Making content available for local marketing, onboarding and training replacement interns, etc. PROFILE You are a student at a business school, communication/marketing school, or university (Master 1 or 2) with a good understanding of the digital world, seeking a 6-month internship (preferably a final-year internship). Previous experience in marketing or communication is a significant plus! Qualities and Skills: Dynamic, organized, proactive, rigorous, and autonomous with a strong desire to learn. Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, and fully committed to the projects assigned to you. Proficiencies: Collaborative tools (Google Suite, Drive, Slides, etc.) and strong writing skills. Languages: French and a good level of English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. WHY JOIN US?
