🎯 Your responsibilities
* Business development: Identify, prospect, and convert new clients to position Kingsley as a key player in Flanders.
* Team management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team with a success-driven mindset.
* Strategic leadership: Define the division’s direction, set goals, and ensure they are achieved.
* Recruitment & consulting: Support our clients in finding top talent and offer tailored HR solutions.
* Monitoring & reporting: Analyze agency performance and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
🏆 What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in management, business development, and/or recruitment, preferably in Engineering/Construction, Legal, or HR sectors.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow a team.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and a drive to build a successful division.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented and capable of meeting ambitious goals.
* Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
