Client Executive - Corporate Sales (M/F)
Marsh Risk is looking for a Client Executive to join our Corporate Sales team at Marsh Belux. The role will be based out of our Ghent (ideally) or Antwerp office and is a hybrid position requiring two to three days per week in the office.

The role
As a Client Executive, you will manage and retain an existing client portfolio while identifying and creating new revenue opportunities through proactive cross‑selling and upselling of our services. Your focus will be on delivering sales and growth within a predefined area, demonstrating excellent client retention skills, and covering the Flemish region.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth.

Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.

Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.

Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.

Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.

What you need to have

A strong background in Corporate or mid‑sized Commercial Insurance with the ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business.

Cross‑class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.

A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
