Customer Support Analyst
This role provides essential support and assistance to customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient resolution of issues.
As a key point of contact between end-users and Odoo, you will investigate functional problems, redirect customers to Developers if needed, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales or Developers.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and effective support to customers using Odoo Business Apps
* Solving complex functional problems through thorough investigation
* Engaging with visitors and leads via live chat platforms
* Elevating customer satisfaction through personalized attention and issue resolution
* Improving the overall customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives
* Contribution to product enhancement and documentation refinement
* Pursuing side projects that foster growth and development within the team
Requirements:
* Fluency in English is a must
* Dutch or German fluency is a plus
* IT and business affinity are highly valued
* Customer-centric approach and orientation
* Able to work autonomously and learn quickly
* Valid work permit for Belgium is required
