Job Description:
As a Digital Identity Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients design, implement, and manage robust solutions for digital identity management. You are an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and advise organizations on how to securely and efficiently manage digital identities, optimize user experience, and comply with evolving regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor on digital identity, working on challenging projects ranging from strategic roadmaps to advanced IAM technology implementation.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on strategies, best practices, and solutions in Digital Identity.
* Analyze current Digital Identity processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and risks.
* Design and implement Digital Identity solutions, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
* Guide clients in selecting and implementing Digital Identity technologies and platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, ForgeRock, One Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk).
* Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Stay up‑to‑date with trends such as Zero Trust, decentralized identity (SSI), blockchain, AI in identity management, biometric authentication, and the European Digital Identity (eIDAS2).
* Contribute to the development of new services and propositions within the Digital Identity domain.
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Draft reports, documentation, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
* Completed Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration with IT focus, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Identity, IAM, or related cybersecurity domain.
* In‑depth knowledge of Digital Identity concepts, processes, and technologies.
* Experience designing and implementing Digital Identity solutions.
* Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST, GDPR.
* Knowledge of current trends: Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, FIDO, OpenID Connect, SAML.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French proficiency is a plus.
* Client‑oriented, results‑driven attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant IAM vendor certifications are a plus.
