Now, we are hiring Automation Engineers and Mechanical Engineers—from junior to senior—to join us on this trajectory.
What You’ll Work On
Formula One Engineering
• Designing and developing structural and mechanical components for F1 cars
• CAD modelling and prototyping of suspension systems, chassis parts, aerodynamic elements, and precision mechanisms
• Integration of miniature robotic systems inside vehicles for active suspension control and adaptive performance
Advanced Robotics & Automation
• Developing robotic arms for the placement, manipulation, and assembly of vehicle components
• Programming automation systems for high-speed, high-precision applications
• PLC development and commissioning (experience with Codesys is a strong plus)
• Mechatronic integration of sensors, actuators, safety systems, and motion control
Hands-On Engineering
• Concept development through test bench, validation, and real-world deployment
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams on cutting-edge automotive and motorsport programs
Who We’re Looking For
• Graduates to seasoned engineers in Automation, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Passion for motorsport, robotics, advanced machinery, or high-performance engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) for mechanical roles
• Experience with PLC programming (Codesys, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.) for automation roles
• Motivation to learn fast, take ownership, and contribute in a high-energy environment
• Eager to join a fast-growing international team where innovation is the baseline
