Recruitment & Candidate Consulting
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and follow-up
* Build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (database, LinkedIn, networking, job boards, referrals)
* Coach candidates throughout the process and ensure a high-quality experience
* Create and publish compelling job ads and market insights
Business Development & Client Advisory (Sales)
* Develop and manage your own client portfolio: identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships
* Proactively approach new clients (prospecting, cold/warm outreach, networking, referrals)
* Understand client needs and advise on profiles, salary expectations, availability, and market trends
* Present shortlists and talent solutions with a consultative "matchmaking" approach
* Participate in client meetings/visits and build credibility as a talent advisor
* Negotiate terms and guide both sides toward successful hires (offer management, closing)
* Work with targets/KPIs and celebrate results as part of a high-performing team culture
* Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's)
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
* Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people and business
* Commercial drive: you enjoy building relationships, convincing, and achieving measurable results
* Resilient mindset, comfortable with a fast pace and learning through feedback
* Well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise
