We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (GN) for Marc Cain Store - Knokke.
Responsibilities You will lead and motivate your team and ensure a positive working environment
You will ensure that all operational processes in the store run smoothly
You will advise and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion and look after our regular and new customers
Your tasks will also include preparation, follow-up, and support with order
You will monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure optimal product presentation
Qualifications You already have experience in selling high-quality women\'s outerwear and some initial experience as a assistant store manager (GN)
You are customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
You inspire others with your confident and positive attitude and high level of self-motivation
You enthusiastically convey the Marc Cain lifestyle
You have very good english or german language skills—additional language skills are desirable
