Vos responsabilités
Opérationnel
* Lead the team and coordinate property management activities.
* Ensure daily monitoring of client obligations and BAC compliance.
Planification
* Set priorities and establish budget estimates based on LTAP while managing budgets.
* Develop roadmaps for client changes and building transfers.
Stratégique
* Contribute to our journey toward property management excellence.
* Initiate continuous improvements and decide on outsourcing or internalization of tasks.
* Participate in our Net Zero Carbon (NZC) strategy.
En Outre
* Report on your asset portfolio and align actions and priorities with leadership and stakeholders.
* Reconcile renovation needs and risks with LTAP and advise management considering asset remaining life and client needs.
* Collaborate with the business department to find solutions to challenges and opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.
* Develop solid cooperation with Asset Management and clearly define roles and responsibilities.
Votre profil
* Client-oriented, actively listening and placing the client at the center of decisions.
* Proactive, excellent communicator, able to navigate easily among various stakeholders.
* Analytical thinker with experience in budget and business plan preparation.
* Ability to set priorities in complex environments and experience in management reporting and process improvement.
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a technical and complex environment.
* Bilingual (NL/FR) with good knowledge of English.
