Our client is based in Brussels and is a public-sector organization supporting federal entities.
Jobomschrijving
* Lead the recruitment process for IT talent across different services.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding all recruitment-related matters.
* Publish job vacancies on appropriate channels (job boards, social media, etc.) and keep the ATS system updated.
* Actively source candidates through databases, social networks, and direct search activities.
* Screen CVs, conduct selection interviews, and assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
* Coordinate the full selection process through to hiring, including salary proposal preparation.
* Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and promotional activities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.
Jouw profiel
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience in IT recruitment aligned with the responsibilities of the role.
* Fluent in French or Dutch, with operational knowledge of the other language and English.
