We’re supporting a leading European contractor delivering a major data centre project in Charleroi, currently building out their site engineering team across multiple disciplines.
This isn’t a single hire — it’s a coordinated team build across civils, CSA and building services.
Current requirements include:
* Site Engineer (Civils)
* Site Engineer (Shell & Core)
* Building Services Engineer
* Senior Co-ordinating Engineer
These roles suit engineers already working on data centres, or those coming from large-scale pharma, industrial or infrastructure projects looking to move into the sector.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting delivery of CSA and/or MEP packages on a live DC project
* Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
* Ensuring quality, programme and technical standards are met
* Working as part of a structured, multi-disciplinary delivery team
What we’re looking for:
* Experience on large-scale construction projects (DC experience beneficial)
* Strong site coordination and contractor-side experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
* Clear communication across xphnsxz trades and teams
