As a Manager in the People Advisory team, the role involves the following responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery; Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes; Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning. Commercial Management: Engage in business development activities, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals; Contribute to the development of KPMG’s service offerings. People Management: Act as a performance manager, guiding, developing, and motivating team members to help them reach their full potential; Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards; Bring experience in managing small teams (1-5 people). PeopleAdvisory SDBC CorporateServices HRConsulting Workforceplanning LI-DNI Location Zaventem HQ Skills & Qualifications A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results; a specialization in HR Management is an asset; At least six years of experience in an advisory and/or management role, preferably within a consulting environment; Strong, proven experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, or Workday HCM; A strong interest in working with HR data and a data-driven approach to HR challenges; A commercial, client-oriented mindset combined with a hands-on approach; Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities; The ability to manage client engagements end-to-end while simultaneously leading a team to ensure successful delivery; A key role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting growth and expansion of service offerings; Willingness to contribute to internal organization-building initiatives to elevate team's skills and knowledge; A digitally minded outlook; Strong networking skills and proven project experience, preferably with large corporate and/or public sector clients; Excellent interpersonal skills; Confidence in navigating AI-related topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies; Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
