How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
As the Finance Director of our Aviation Commercial (ACS) this role is responsible for the Global ACS Finance Processes. This role take the global lead role on all systems, tools, automation, digitalization, training and documentation of ACS OTC relevant topics. In addition the role is responsible for overseeing the OTC billing centers in Panama and Hong Kong on the day to day activities which include billing, customer accounting and reporting. Key Tasks includes:
* Gathering requirements, development, testing, implementation and training of iCargo, the Falcon replacement tool for Global ACS billing.
* Managing the OTC Teams in Panama in Hong Kong and Panama and ensuring accurate and timeline billing and collections
* Additionally a focus on Audit, Controls & Compliance.
* Also a program lead in Sprint pay for Americas region

This role is a great opportunity to take the next step in your Finance career, and has aspects of both Line Management as well as Program Management, ensuring both operational improvements and efficiency but also ensuring robust controls and compliance are adhered to. If this appeals to you then candidates who can demonstrate the following experience and attributes will be the most likely to succeed:
* 10+ years of General Finance Experience with an exposure to systems development/deployment also an advantage
* Exposure to Express Logistics and/or Aviation also an advantage
* Familiar with IFRS and other Financial Reporting Standards
* Some experience managing teams (especially with an OTC/AR flavour)
* Strong on compliance
