Job Description
Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join the team of our client, a well-known hotel group operating multiple properties in Antwerp.
Join a recently renovated 4-star hotel located in the heart of Antwerp, featuring over 200 rooms, a stylish brasserie and bar, a modern fitness centre, and expansive banqueting facilities. With a major rebranding project planned for 2025, the hotel is set to raise its standards even further. Catering to a mix of business travellers, groups, and leisure guests, the property belongs to a respected international hotel group with multiple locations across Belgium.
We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Operations Manager to drive daily operations and help shape the hotel’s future success.
As Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on the Food & Beverage operations — breakfast, banqueting, brasserie, and bar — while also maintaining strong oversight of the Front Office. You’re the go-to person for both the team and the guests, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and consistency.
You will:
* Lead and inspire operational teams across all F&B outlets and guest-facing departments.
* Ensure smooth daily operations, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
* Act as the key point of contact for staff, guests, suppliers, and the General Manager.
* Monitor performance, implement procedures, and drive high standards across the board.
* Manage staffing, planning, cost control, and reporting.
* Work closely with the Sales team to launch creative, revenue-generating initiatives.
Requirements
You are an experienced and hands-on leader with a strong background in F&B operations, ideally within the hotel or large-scale hospitality sector (banqueting, catering, etc.). You know how to manage multiple departments and lead diverse teams with confidence and empathy.
Key qualities:
* Strong F&B background with a holistic understanding of hotel operations
* Natural team leader with excellent communication and coaching skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* Comfortable managing day-to-day operations as well as administrative tasks
* Flexible and proactive – especially during high-activity periods or events
* Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong plus
Benefits
* Join a well-structured hotel in full transformation and play a key role in its next chapter
* Work in a dynamic, international environment with supportive leadership
* Competitive salary package + extra-legal benefits
* Staff discounts in hotels across the group’s international portfolio
* Mostly stable working hours, with flexibility during key events or weekends
