Global ERP Project Manager Are you ready to coordinate impactful ERP projects across Europe? We're looking for a Global ERP Project Manager to support the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and oversee other strategic, multi-domain ERP initiatives. Based at our headquarters in Groot-Bijgaarden, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure follow-up with diverse stakeholders, and help deliver strategic projects within the EU region. What you will do Join our dynamic team as the Global ERP Project Manager and lead significant ERP projects globally. You will be responsible for the overall ERP project planning and preparation, ensuring projects are executed in line with business requirements and available budgets. In this role you will take care of resource allocation with the application managers. Global Leadership & Strategic Planning: you will direct the Global ERP Program to deliver projects on time and within budget, while developing detailed plans that outline clear objectives, scope, and responsibilities. Project planning: you will prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities. On top you will define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities. Risk Management & Resource Coordination: You will identify and mitigate risks, maintaining control over resources both internally and externally, and align resource assignments across regions in partnership with the PMO team. Business Collaboration & Localization: You work closely with the Puratos business community to develop tailored solutions that meet specific business needs, and collaborate with Business Owners to adapt projects to local requirements. You will define priorities together with the countries and act as single point of contact for new requests. You ensure overall integrated solutions in the countries with focus on benefits and bringing value to the business. Managerial Support & Methodology Enhancement: You provide guidance and coaching to project managers on projects in the region. Define and continuously improve Project methodologies and Governance models inside the PMO office team. You will also take care of the roll-out of the the proper governance model for each project Knowledge Building & Reporting: You build project management expertise and ensure smooth transitions to our support teams. Ensure reporting is in place to monitor, analyze, and communicate on project progress. Stakeholder Management & Compliance: Stakeholder relationships to maximize satisfaction and engagement, and handle necessary authorizations according to established governance and regulatory standards. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal Global ERP Project Manager: ERP and Project Expertise: Bring at least 5 years of strong ERP implementation experience, with proven skills in project management, integration, and handling complex systems. SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration: Leverage your proven expertise in successfully managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA transitions. Leadership and Communication: Known for your exceptional leadership, communication skills, and ability to effectively manage and coach teams. Business and Stakeholder Acumen: Demonstrated business insight with excellent stakeholder management capabilities to align strategic goals. Team Dynamics and Customer Focus : You're team-oriented with a knack for synthesizing complex tasks, customer-focused, and adept at taking initiatives to drive satisfaction. Resilience and Organizational Skills: Motivated, stress-resistant, and flexible, with strong organizational and time management skills. Technical Versatility and Language Proficiency: Versatile in SAP across multiple functional domains (Operations expertise is a plus) and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to Travel: Prepared to travel up to 20% to meet the needs of projects and teams internationally.
