Position
As a Business Analyst, you will be in charge of the following:
1. You identify, analyze and challenge users in order to create or improve business processes or tools in line with the priorities and business strategy.
2. You are the contact person between business, project and IT ("Proxy") in order to ensure mutual understanding and optimize collaboration.
3. As a functional analyst, you translate business needs into IT language and vice-versa.
4. You build functional specifications of methods, processes and techniques of the proposed solution.
5. You support the Project Manager with project implementation .
6. You ensure optimal follow up on the evolution of the implemented solution in order to maintain efficiency and coherency .
Profile
7. You have by preference a masters degree or equivalent by experience.
8. You have between 3- and 10-years experience as a business and/or functional analyst.
9. You have a good functional understanding of IT processes, and are able to translate these into business language, and vice versa.
10. You are organized, structured and are able to set the right priorities at the right time.
11. You have good communication skills and are used to frequently being in contact with your different stakeholders .
12. You do not need to have experience in the sustainability, human rights or environment sector. However, a demonstrated interest in this subject matter is mandatory our work affects large numbers of workers in developing countries and must be approached with their needs as a priority.
13. You have a perfect knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
