Your Role asSeniorPublicRelations expert
We’re looking for a seasoned SeniorPublicRelations expert to lead the development and execution of high-impactpublicrelations strategies for our EU clients. You’ll combine media outreach, stakeholder engagement, and creative storytelling to drive visibility, influence, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement end-to-end PR strategies, including campaign architecture, messaging, and stakeholder engagement across the EU.
2. Lead proactive mediarelations: secure coverage, coordinate press briefings, and manage interviews.
3. Develop integrated PR approaches combining media, influencer, and stakeholder tactics.
4. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for traditional and digital channels.
5. Organise press events, launch activations, and on-site media management.
6. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to generate insights and demonstrate ROI.
7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
8. Support business development through clientrelationship building, opportunity spotting, and contributions to EU tenders and proposals.
9. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
What We’re Looking For
10. Minimum 7 years of experience leading PR strategies, ideally forpublicsector or institutional clients.
11. Proven track record across the full PR lifecycle: research, stakeholder mapping, implementation, and evaluation.
12. Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English; German is a strong asset.
13. Experience with digital-first PR strategies, including social media, CMS platforms, influencer engagement, and analytics.
14. Strong understanding of the EU institutional landscape and ability to tailor messaging accordingly.
15. Skilled in managing external partners and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
16. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
17. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
18. Experience contributing to tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
