Freelance Zscaler Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on Zscaler Specialist to support the rollout and operation of our ZIA, ZPA, and ZTNA platforms. You’ll work with internal teams to onboard applications, define access policies, and troubleshoot secure connectivity across our hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain Zscaler ZIA & ZPA environments
* Onboard internal/cloud apps and define Zero Trust access policies
* Support automation via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Troubleshoot access issues and ensure compliance
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners
* Document configurations and contribute to Agile delivery
Profile
* Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust
* Solid networking and security background
* Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
* Agile mindset and strong communication skills * Bonus: scripting skills, Zscaler certifications, or experience in regulated environments

CONTRACT: Freelance
ONSITE POLICY: 1 - 2 days a week in Mechelen or Ghent
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
