We are looking for a Patient Evidence Communities Learning Partner who is curious, collaborative, and impact-focused to join us in our Learning Patient Evidence & Impact team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will design and deliver learning solutions that strengthen capabilities across patient evidence communities, a key business division for UCB. Acting as a strategic partner, you will translate business priorities and capability gaps into structured learning journeys that drive measurable impact, adoption, and continuous improvement across teams.

You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with patient evidence, stakeholder integration, and patient community-focused colleagues across global, regional, and local levels. You will partner with talent professionals, subject experts, and external partners to create practical, engaging learning experiences embedded in everyday work.
What you’ll do
• Partner with business and talent colleagues to align learning priorities with strategic goals and capability needs.
• Design structured, competency-based learning journeys that support knowledge, skills, and behavior development.
• Lead learning needs analysis and translate insights into clear, actionable learning plans.
• Coordinate and deliver learning programs across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change adoption through clear communication and storytelling.
• Measure learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvement.
Interested?
For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
• University degree with proven experience in health sciences, evidence generation, regulatory, medical, markets access, RWE or related fields preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Several years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning design approaches.
• Proven ability to manage projects, work across functions, and balance multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who builds trust and influences through collaboration.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends, evaluate impact, and improve learning outcomes.
