Position Summary
You will support end-to-end logistics activities at our Belgium site. You will receive, store and prepare materials for dispatch while working closely with colleagues in operations, quality and planning. We value people who are curious, reliable and eager to learn. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Receive, inspect and document incoming materials following site procedures.
- Store materials safely and keep accurate inventory records.
- Prepare, pack and label items for shipment with attention to quality and traceability.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily equipment checks.
- Support investigations into stock discrepancies and help implement corrective actions.
- Follow and promote site safety, hygiene and quality procedures and report concerns.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Practical experience in logistics, warehousing or a related operational role.
- Ability to work on-site full time, with flexible hours when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Proficiency in French or Dutch; basic spoken English.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in regulated or healthcare logistics environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
- Forklift or other warehouse equipment certification or practical experience.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality systems.
- Clear verbal communication and strong teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tasks.
