We are looking for a bridge builder, a commercially driven professional with experience in a production environment who thrives at connecting people, processes, and solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will develop your expertise in sheet vinyl applications and act as the key link between our customers and internal teams. Your mission is to translate customer needs into tailored, feasible solutions and ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers in the Modular BuildingBuild strong, long-term partnerships across different levels within customer organizationsAct as a trusted advisor, understanding both technical and commercial needsBridge Between Organizations
Connect customer stakeholders (design, assembly, finance, etc.) with internal teams (product management, production, finance, etc.)Align expectations and ensure smooth collaboration between all partiesTranslate customer requirements into clear internal actionsSolution Development
Identify and develop tailor-made solutions for customersWork closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and qualityFollow up end-to-end to ensure solutions are successfully implemented
Process & Structure
Work in a structured way, following defined processes and ensuring alignment across stakeholdersCoordinate projects and ensure timelines, expectations, and deliverables are metAct as a central point of coordination between both organizations Profile
Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within a production/manufacturing environmentStrong affinity with technical productsSkills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAbility to navigate complex organizations and connect different functionsStructured, process-driven mindsetHands-on, solution-oriented, and able to drive executionLanguages
