Who We Are and What We Do
We are Dominion, a London-based premium indie game studio founded by two ambitious Turkish entrepreneurs under 40. While headquartered in London, our team works fully remote, collaborating globally to create innovative and strategic gaming experiences.
Our flagship browser game, Dominion Regions, is a geopolitical RPG strategy simulator where players shape states, influence global politics, gather vital resources, and engage in air, land, and sea fronts. Players can form political parties, pass laws, run states under presidential republics, monarchies, one party system or dictatorships, and craft their own unique legacy.
The game we will launch together in 2026 will be available on iOS, Android, Browser, and Epic Games. Our mission is to deliver immersive, accessible, and globally connected strategy and role-playing experiences for players around the world.
What We Are Looking For
* We are genuinely looking for someone who is university student and who actively plays PC games or with a broad network who can effectively reach gamers
* Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
* Native proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Japanese, Russian, Turkish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Polish, Hungarian, or Serbian
* 2-3 years of experience in social content creation, digital storytelling, and/or social media management, ideally within the gaming space
* Strong understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, Bluesky and Medium
* Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and experience in photo editing tools such as Canva
* Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas, contribute to pre-production, and execute tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
* Deep creative instincts paired with sharp operational judgement
* Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment
What You'll Do
* Help attract new players to the game from your home country and other countries where your native language is spoken
* Review and evaluate the game content with an eye for player experience and brand fit
* Take part in joint projects and initiatives together with the Content Specialists
* Create and publish high-quality visual content every working day, in multiple formats, across official digital channels, covering updates and developments related to the game's progression
* Monitor player feedback from over 50 countries and across more than 10 languages -both in-game and on our official digital channels- and compile actionable reports identifying required bug fixes, improvements, and potential new features
* Track and monitor social media trends, emerging features, and best practices to recommend content opportunities that drive growth and engagement
What We Offer
* This is a freelancer, remote position: you will work 2 days per week, totaling 12 hours. You may choose which days to work, but your hours must be between UTC 15:00-21:00
* We offer a performance-based referral incentive. For each individual player you successfully bring to Dominion Regions, you will earn 5 USD per retained player (This incentive applies following our global release on June 10, 2026, across iOS, Android, Browser, and Epic Games platforms. The referral bonus will be calculated based on players who remain active in the game after 6 months)
