We are looking for an experienced marketeer with a strong focus on automation (HubSpot) and B2B strategy.
Studaro is building the first ever bridge between ambitious employers and enthusiastic students who translate their skill, passion and interest to a study related student job. All of this, but bigger, more innovative and different than anything you’d expect (SaaS incoming).
This is a hybrid position in Ghent, Belgium. Please only apply if you can regularly visit our office in Ghent.
Mission
* Convert visitors into leads and build funnels, sequences, flows, tracking, and automations to drive conversions (HubSpot)
* Develop a well-oiled machine that aligns marketing and sales
* Build custom dashboards to monitor campaigns and know exactly what works for which audience
* Support our mission to turn Studaro into a premium, out-of-the-box brand
* You test, write and help create the content we need and know what the next steps for expansion should be for our marketing department
* Optimize data capturing and data enrichment of our database for both B2B and B2C
Skills Needed
* You're full of energy — and it's contagious
* Knowledge of HubSpot
* Able to effectively manage and maximize output from SEO/SEA, e-mail campaigns and social media advertising that are mainly focused on B2B
* Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that drive engagement
* Skilled in using website analytics tools and data-driven thinking
* Up to date with the latest trends and next big things in online marketing
* You have several years of experience in a marketing role and see yourself reflected in this description
