Your main responsibility will be to lead the development of the Belux Sales and Marketing strategy in alignment with the Regional and Divisional strategy. This means:
* To lead operationally Belux countries to achieve targeted results in both financial and non-financial objectives (No P&L responsibility).
* To monitor the performance of the set goals and take corrective actions when appropriate.
* To lead, develop, and motivate the Belux organization, guiding it to the next level and ensuring employees are aligned with the strategic direction.
* To develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and building business opportunities.
* To adhere to group and divisional rules and regulations.
Further responsibilities include:
* Sales & Marketing: Identify, select, and realize business and market opportunities for BeLux.
* Marketing: Responsible for promoting the product portfolio and communicating to all market segments and target groups to optimize sales value, volume, and profitability.
* Marketing: Responsible for launching new products and phasing out products when necessary.
* Marketing: Implement marketing concepts in relevant product/segment combinations to improve market position.
* Sales: Build and manage profitable customer relationships with all relevant stakeholders, buying customers, and decision-making units.
* Sales: Capture value from customers by understanding needs and requirements to create profits and customer equity.
* Sales: Increase market share and share of customer.
* Customer Service: Handle orders, samples, questions, and complaints; identify and report trends.
* Reporting: Periodically report on the commercial (financial) performance of the entity for informed decision-making.
* Representation: Develop and maintain a network with key stakeholders such as suppliers, unions, government bodies, and potential customers.
* HR: Organize, staff, manage, and develop the department and team in a safe and optimal working environment.
* Financial: Control of Belux Opex budgets.
Profil
* You live in Belgium.
* You're fluent in Dutch, French, & English.
* You hold a master or bachelor degree.
* You have a stable career.
* You have a proven track record in sales with measurable results.
* You have at least 5 years of people management experience.
* You have sector experience in construction, the project market, or related B2B products.
