Job summary As a certified provider of rotary wing Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services, we support helicopters from tip to tail. To strengthen our team in Ostend, we are looking for an experienced and motivated B1.3 Engineer who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality maintenance in a dynamic operational environment. Your role As a B1.3 Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the continued airworthiness and availability of our helicopter fleet. You will work on both base and, when required, line maintenance activities, combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Perform base maintenance and modifications on aircraft and components as per work orders Troubleshoot technical issues using pilot reports and system indications Ensure that all maintenance tasks carried out in compliance with approved maintenance data, MOE procedures, and airworthiness regulations Certify B1.3 maintenance activities in accordance with applicable regulations Complete maintenance tasks within agreed timeframes to meet operational requirements Accurately certify completed work and ensure correct documentation in the work packs Ensure proper handling, segregation, and documentation of removed and installed components Adhere to all safety standards and report hazards or occurrences via the internal reporting system; Brief & debrief the Chief Engineer and provide daily updates on the maintenance status On request and ad hoc, also performing line maintenance duties; Work independently when required, showing initiative, flexibility and a strong team mindset What we're looking for EASA Part-66 B1.3 License (UK Part-66 B1.3 license is a plus) At least one aircraft type endorsed on license (Airbus type is a plus) Good communication skills to work together with direct colleagues, store keepers, CAMO engineers, etc. and for handover work Demonstrated experience in base maintenance operations Strong understanding of EASA regulations and safety protocols Accuracy and reliability Flexibility to support operational needs when required Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Languages: English: fluent, professional level (speaking, reading, writing); Knowledge of other languages (such as French, Dutch, Spanish) is an asset.
